Great Britain and United States: when shown as available in checkout, delivery is DDP. Mandatory VAT, import duty and clearance charges are included in the confirmed checkout total, so no mandatory customs bill follows at delivery. GBP and USD values are indicative; payment and the invoice remain in EUR. Great Britain excludes Northern Ireland and the Crown Dependencies. The US scope excludes territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Poland: EUR remains the payment and invoice currency. PLN amounts are a dated ECB indication, and Przelewy24 is offered when available for the Polish checkout.

Most in-stock orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to you by email.
Delivery Information
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your Thomas & Friends products arrive safely and on time.
- All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales events).
- No customs duties apply within the EU customs territory. For checkout-enabled Great Britain and United States orders, Thomas Super Store uses DDP and includes mandatory import duty and clearance charges in the confirmed total.
- If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our 14-day return policy applies to every consumer destination accepted by checkout and does not limit stronger mandatory rights in your country of residence.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may notify us within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Conditions for Returns
- You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. Return it complete and safely packed, using the original packaging if reasonably possible.
- The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods.
- Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
- You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.
How to Return an Item
Returning a product is simple. Just follow these steps:
Notify Us
Email us at support@thomassuperstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm your return request within 24 hours.
Receive Return Instructions
We will send you a return form and the address to ship the item(s) to. Please include the completed return form in your package.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item(s) securely, using the original packaging if reasonably possible. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You pay the direct return costs for a change-of-mind return; we pay the necessary costs for a defective, damaged or incorrect item.
Inspection & Refund
We reimburse no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back.
Money Back
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method without a refund fee, unless you expressly agree to another method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Full product refund: You will receive a full refund of the product price for items returned in their original condition.
- Original shipping costs: If you return all items from an order, the original standard shipping cost will also be refunded. If you return only part of an order, shipping costs are not refunded.
- Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 1–3 days to credit your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@thomassuperstore.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
