Returns and refunds at a glance
This policy applies to every consumer order delivered to a destination accepted by checkout and does not limit stronger mandatory rights in your country.
Condition of the product
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Return it complete and safely packed. You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Return by post
Submit the form below or send an unambiguous email. Your withdrawal is effective when sent in time; our review does not change that date. We then provide the correct return address promptly. For an international return, wait for our return address and customs instructions before sending the parcel.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the necessary return costs and apply your statutory rights.
Refund timing
We refund through the original payment method no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice. For a full-order withdrawal, this includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return. Our operational target is 5–7 business days after receipt.
No restocking fee or direct exchange
We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not process direct exchanges; return the product and place a new order for the replacement.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights for defective goods.
