You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Return it complete and safely packed. You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Submit the form below and wait for our return instructions. Do not send a parcel to a business or warehouse address before your request has been reviewed.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the necessary return costs and apply your statutory rights.
We refund through the original payment method no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return. Our operational target is 5–7 business days after receipt.
We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not process direct exchanges; return the product and place a new order for the replacement.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights for defective goods.
